(Blank map, predominantly watery world.)
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Djinni is a Forbidden World and is designated as a Red Zone. It presents serious risks and dangers due to the environment or native life forms, laws or customs, or other conditions that make it extremely dangerous to visitors.
- Travel to this world is prohibited.
The official reason for the Red Zone interdiction order has been kept classified, but it is widely believed that it is the homeworld of a previously uncontacted aquatic sophont species. If Djinni does indeed have a native population, the world's Social UWP Statistics will be updated to reflect this.
- The interdiction is likely a means of protecting the world while the IISS examines the world and determines the nature of any uncontacted sophonts and their society and culture.
An octagon structure built by the defunct Octagon Society prior to the interdiction is located on one of the equatorial islands, but now is only a rough foundation, long since broken by the storms.
World Starport (St)[edit]
Djinni does not have a starport. The Class X Starport is an indication that no starport exists in the system. There are no facilities or services available, and no site marked for landing.
World Population (P)[edit]
Djinni is a Barren World with no sophont population. It may still possess lifeforms.
- It is believed that the IISS is investigating the presence of a native aquatic sophont species.
World Technology Level (T)[edit]
Djinni possesses a Tech Level of TL–0.
- The world is not believed to have a technological base.
World Government (G)[edit]
Djinni has no known government or ruling authority of any kind.
World Law (L)[edit]
Djinni has no law level. No laws of any kind are enforced.
