Adaskaglu is a moderate-population world, with too many sophonts to be an agricultural world but not enough to be an industrial world. This world is designated an Amber Zone. Caution is advised since the world has an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions that are not well understood and might be a danger to a visitor. The world has a colony on Fau (Dagudashaag 0217). This is a high technology world with available technology over the standards for Charted Space. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Shallows Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Adaskaglu, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estates of an Imperial knight (the Imperial representative to the world) and a baronet, and the fiefdoms of a marquis and a viscount. All four are members of the Imperial Landed Nobility who oversee affairs regarding the world at an Interstellar and Imperial level. This world has a nearby Imperial Naval Base, capable of handling warships. During the Long Night this world was named Inkhiiam.
Astrography and Planetology[edit]
Adaskaglu is a member of the Dagudashaag Main.

Mainworld Data[edit]
Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
Adaskaglu is a Meso World between 7,200km and 8,800km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.4G and 0.57G. The horizon will appear about 4km away.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
Adaskaglu has a pressure of 0.43 to 0.70 atmospheres. While the thin atmosphere does not require survival gear this atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds which requires the use of a Filter Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–3 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
Adaskaglu has 35-45% of its surface covered by liquid water. There will be a number of small seas or one larger body of water. Wilderness refueling is possible.
Mainworld Geography & Topography[edit]

Native Lifeforms[edit]

History and Background[edit]
Adaskaglu is the most important link for the trailing edge of the subsector, via the X-Boat route to Zeda, where a large proportion of the population of this end of the subsector originally came from.
Despite the wealth that this trade nexus has attracted, the planetary government and its head, Disklai Trova, rule the citizens with a rod of iron. Ziadd tend to respect strength above all else.
World Starport[edit]
Adaskaglu has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
- There is an associated Imperial Naval Base, hosting elements of the 50th Fleet.
World Population (P)[edit]
Adaskaglu has a population of 900,000,000 sophonts (hundreds of millions).
World Demographics[edit]
Linguistic Topography[edit]
The following languages are among the most commonly used here:
- Anglic: One of the two official languages of the Third Imperium.
- Klatha'sh: The common language of the Ziadd.
- Vilani: One of the two official languages of the Third Imperium.
World Government (G)[edit]
Adaskaglu is governed by a Charismatic Dictatorship. Charismatic governments justify their ability to rule by simply asserting their right to rule. Charismatic dictatorships are typically young governments, coming as a recent change, and rely on the leader(s) to supply head of government.
- The head of state is Disklai Trova.
World Law Level (L)[edit]
Adaskaglu has an extreme law level which covers every area of interaction. Laws are complex, detailed, and difficult to understand. Every interaction with the government requires an Advocate. Law enforcement is omnipresent and strict. Legal proceeding can take months to years to resolve and may involve dozens of people. Most worlds with this law level may be an Amber Zone or Red Zone. All objects specifically manufactured as weapons are typically regulated or prohibited (with no exception for private residences; visiting starships are only protected so long as they stay within designated starports and approach corridors). Civilian movement is rigidly controlled. There is no difference between the police and the military. This world is a full-fledged police state. Oppression is legalized, though not routine.
World Technology Level (TL)[edit]
Adaskaglu possesses a Technology Level of TL–12 or TL-C in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Holovision, Personal Global Communications, and advanced Translators.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Increasingly advanced fusion plants and advanced fuel cells.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land, Water & Air: Personal G-Tubes and advanced gravcraft.
- Space: Advanced interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).
- FTL: Jump Drive-3.
