  • This facility has many very skilled personnel who can perform not only major repair work, but overhaul work as well.

  • The typical power structure of this government is a Hegemony.
  • Fenris is a member of the Imperium and contains a Naval Base.
  • Fenris is under military rule and has been issued an Amber Zone travel advisory. The Solomani Party remains outlawed on Fenris, decades after it became legal in most of the border zone. World Culture[edit]

  • The first facility in the Procyon system was a Terran naval refueling station, established just before the First Interstellar War. For decades, the Fenris colony was the first and last line of defense for the Terran Confederation. Over time Fenris developed a martial culture with a unique institution of Lodges, each of which functions as recreation, mutual-support club, secret society, political party, and citizen militia all rolled into one. Fenris was an ardent supporter of the Solomani movement, and after Imperial forces captured the world the Lodge system provided a highly resilient means to promote Solomani sympathies.
