Subsector H of the Beyond Sector.

Description[edit]

The spinward frontier of the Florian League dominates the subsector named for this polity. The regions beyond Florian space consist of a lightly populated corridor to spinward, abutting I'Sred*Ni space. It provides trade routes to the Corellan League, Stormhaven Republic, and to the Imperial outpost of Delta Base at Delta Cephei to rimward. The rimward edge of the subsector marks the coreward advance of the Aslan Hierate, whose ihatei encroached into independent and lightly populated systems beyond its borders.

This subsector has the alternate name of the Darkling Regions.

Subsector Summary: 1116[edit]

The Florian Subsector has 112 billion inhabitants on 11 worlds.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

In 648, the Web Edge Consortium was founded here.

Since 1103, at least three Type S Scout/Couriers, Serpent-Class, have disappeared within this subsector: fin #3703, Adder; fin #3713, Russel's Viper; and fin #3714, Gopher Snake. Two Scout/Couriers (King Snake, fin #3725; and Queen Snake, fin #3726) are currently performing a "station keeping" watch in this subsector.

Native Sophonts[edit]

There are claims that the native iliisupashkashgek of Shikhyuryatre might be intelligent, but this is based more on the intricacies of their vocalizations than on any observed behaviour.

Demographics[edit]

Significant populations of the following sophont races exist within this subsector:
