Antalya has 25-35% of its surface covered by liquid water. It has a few small seas. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants will be recycled.

As with most member planets of the Federation of Alsas, this world leaves the job of Federation defense to the armed forces of Afellahlah, thereby avoiding the expense of equipping itself but allowing the Afellahlah government a lot of leeway in deciding Federation policy.

These laws are simple enough that most people can act as their own advocate, though for serious issues a professional is recommended. Law enforcement officials will be present, but not in great numbers. Personal concealable firearms, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
