It is a vessel with 4-G and J-5 performance with a streamlined cone hull. Built for the Langemarck Royal Scout Service these TL–14 ships carry enough fuel for a single Jump-5 without refueling. It has 4G acceleration and 4-Agility. It can can skim and refine its own fuel for frontier operations. It carries a Model/5 fib ship computer and is a streamlined cone structure influenced by Aslan designs. It is armed with a trio of triple missile turrets grouped into a single battery.

It has a Crew of 7. The crew includes a command pilot, navigator/XO, 3 engineers, 1 medic/science officer and 1 gunner/sensor operator.
