The least dense subsector of the Alpha Quadrant, the fifteen systems of the Tokitre Subsector (Empty Quarter) hold the greatest concentration of people in the entire quadrant.
- The populations of just three worlds, Outpost (with 90 billion sophonts), Tokitre (with 80 billion sophonts) and Chikatra (with a billion sophonts), total more than the populations of the other three subsectors all together.
- Despite the high population, however, Tokitre is rather backwards technologically speaking.
- Tokitre’s industrial infrastructure supports TL–11 technology, the highest in the subsector.

Subsector Summary: 1116[edit]
Tokitre, subsector F of Empty Quarter contains 15 worlds with an estimated population of 99 billion, a per capita income of Cr1,094, and a total economy is BCr108,860. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr38 through 12 starports (2 Class A, 4 Class B, 3 Class C, 3 Class D) employing 6,645 people. Driving this interstellar trade are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, one Pre-Industrial (Pi) world, three Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Tokitre maintain one Military base, and one Naval base. The average technology level is 7 (with most between 5 and 9). The highest technology level is 11 at Corsabren (Empty Quarter 1619).
Tokitre, subsector F of Empty Quarter contains 23 stars and 186 identified planets; seven monostellar systems, eight binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 13 of the 15 systems (86%) have native gas giants. There are one Asteroid (As) belt, four Desert (De) worlds, no Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, four Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and no Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Tokitre has an estimated population of 99 billion distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, two Moderate population (Ph) worlds, five Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, four Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Outpost (Empty Quarter 1315). The population consists of 3 sophont groups.
