Ourdzoeg subsector is the Coreward - Rimward, (D) corner of Knoellighz Sector.
- Though surveyed beforehand, the subsector was initially settled in 1090 from Elkhaghaza subsector and many of its low population worlds are still sinking roots.
- 29 worlds make up Ourdzoeg with 23 worlds, (79%) claimed by the Democracy of Greats (Vd or VDoG)
- Nine Naval Bases are found in the subsector, those inside Democracy of Greats are patroled and utilized by the polity military and corporate security vessels.
- Nine Corsair Bases are hidden throughout Ourdzoeg, with only a single Corsair Band at Rourruengghog (Knoellighz 2807) signing a Hunters' Bawn Privateering, Declaration of Powers (corporate) Letter of Marque.
- The default subsector Capital is boasted at Negarrghoeoegong (Knoellighz 2510) and is the home office of the Charismatic Great that rules that Jump-1 main of 27 worlds.
- The highest Populations of Ourdzoeg subsector are found at Nogvullfaghzaellvang (Knoellighz 2610) with 900 million and Gzaegvaksksueks (Knoellighz 2605) with 300 million sophonts. It is noted that there are no worlds in the subsector with the High Population (Hi) Trade Code nor the Industrial (In) Code.
- Two Barren worlds hold the lowest Populations of zero because they have yet to be colonized or have been purposely passed up in favor of other worlds.
- Araksa at (Knoellighz 3105) holds the highest Tech Level of E (14) though this is known only by a local corporation that tries to veil that rating at C (12).
- The lowest Tech Level is shared by three worlds, two being Barren worlds, (Kfavuerrgghoz and Dzusza, 2801 and 2805 respectively), with no Population and the ill-fated colony at Zukhsdou (Knoellighz 2509).
Description (Specifications)[edit]
Embattled hot zones are found throughout the subsector and mainly consist of Corsair Bands clashing over prowled territory, piracy attacks on polity or corporate shipping convoys, claimjumping and other possessive conflicts. Only one Band, out of Rourruengghog (Knoellighz 2807), a forbidding Fluid world, holds Lettered Privateers under the Hunters' Bawn guidlines. Through their Declaration of Powers, the Band takes up tasks and enjoys privilege at the local Naval Base. This is the only world in Ourdzoeg that features both a Naval Base and a Corsair Base, though the Privateers here continue to conceal their home from the Democracy of Greats.
- Two Greats' Jump-1 mains reach into the subsector but are mainly self-centered and concerned with their own territories and leave the isolated or small clusters to fend for themselves. Democracy of Greats Navies respond only to outside threats along the borders. This too lends to increased piracy.
- Ourdzoeg subsector is the home to Thaeghz Hvaek Engnigharr Corporation, (T.H.E. Corp or [THE] in market computer nets) and is headquartered at Enagogsghaegvae (Knoellighz 2907). The corporation is responsible for trade, expansion, settlement and employment of a variety of employees to the cluster immediately Coreward of that system's position. Much of the corporation's resilience is due to an Ancients time capsule shunted from the past forward to Araksa (Knoellighz 3105) though this was covered up and became a corporate secret find.

Failing & Doomed Worlds[edit]
A small number of worlds in Ourdzoeg subsector can be termed as 'Failing' or worse, 'Doomed' as their Tech Levels are too low to truly support the local population safely. Survival on a daily basis is a challenge down to a nightmarish existence in desperation to emigrate to another settled world. A world marked by such terms has a significant increase in outbound Passengers seeking extraction from the world.
- 2607 Oudhurlongkou E000205-5 As Lo Lt Ni has a deficiency of -3 Tech Levels needed and is Failing.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Ourdzoeg subsector was settled after exploration by small conglomerates of Vargr packs that later incorporated and either were given representation by a Charismatic Great if their world was member to a Jump-1 main of 10+ worlds, or was left to fend for themselves without representation.
- By 1105, 79% of Ourdzoeg subsector is claimed by the slowly expanding Democracy of Greats in haphazard and uneven annexations through welcoming trade or by military conquest.
- Rebellion oncoming, the subsector is little effected until Hard Times when piracy worsens as subsector fleets suffer maintenance inadequacies.
- During the Virus Era, the entier subsector joins the Wilds until liberated starting with Araksa as quarantine measures are implemented.
