I⁴ is an interstellar news agency. It was formerly a subsidiary of Llelish Interstellar Information Interchange but became entirely independent following a management buyout. Despite operating almost exclusively in Verge Sector it uses Ilelish in its name: Ilelish, with its allusions to the Domain and Imperial power, is believed to carry a certain gravitas that the name Verge does not.

While I⁴ is a trusted source of hard news, it's style of jounalism is considered intrusive and sensationalist, particularly with regard to the High Nobility and Imperial court intrigues.
