Yaskoy Subsector is located far away from most of Charted Space, and by some definitions partially defines its edge.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
The name translates as "the subsector with all the people in it", almost entirely due to Yaskoyloyt. Conventional practices would have just named this subsector "Yaskoyloyt" after its capital, but representatives from the Yaskoydri Technocracy wished to emphasize the collection of people rather than a single world - even if that world is the Technocracy's capital.
Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]
Yaskoy, subsector B of Datsatl contains 20 worlds with an estimated population of 1,000 billion, a per capita income of Cr5,860, and a total economy is BCr5,860,697. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr98 through 10 starports (1 Class A, 2 Class B, 2 Class C, 5 Class D) employing 181,220 people. Driving this interstellar trade are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, one Rich (Ri) world, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Yaskoy maintain six Scout bases, and one Naval base. The average technology level is 5 (with most between 0 and 9). The highest technology level is 13 at Yaskoyloyt (Datsatl 1602).
Yaskoy, subsector B of Datsatl contains 20 stars and 209 identified planets; 20 monostellar systems, no binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 17 of the 20 systems (85%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, three Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, one Poor (Po) world, one Vacuum (Va) world, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Yaskoy has an estimated population of 1,000 billion distributed across one High population (Hi) world, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, five Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, three Low population (Lo) worlds, and nine Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Yaskoyloyt (Datsatl 1602). The population consists of 2 sophont groups.
