Subsector E of Leonidae Sector.

Description[edit]

The Valc Subsector has a population of around 16 billion, but almost all of these people live on the worlds of Vale and Luresh in the Cytrialin Unity or Ar-Gniiv in the Gniivi Collective, at the coreward and rimward border respectively. Between Gniivi and Cytrialin space are multiple unexploited systems, most uninhabited and a few supporting small societies with populations in the thousands only. No major trade routes or political forums are established in Valc, even though most of its worlds are part of the Adshum Main. In fact, the "Curl of Valc" is viewed as rather a cul-de-sac on the Main.

Subsector Summary: 1116[edit]

Valc, subsector E of Leonidae, contains 28 worlds with an estimated combined population of 16 billion, a per capita income of Cr6,333, and a total economy of BCr101,396. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr321 through 12 starports (3 Class A, 2 Class B, 2 Class C, 5 Class D) employing 41,475 people. Driving this interstellar trade are one Agricultural (Ag) world, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Valc maintain three Naval bases, two Military bases, and one Scout base. The average technology level is 4 (with most between 0 and 9). The highest technology level is 14 at Vale (Leonidae 0211).

Valc, subsector E of Leonidae, contains TBD stars; TBD monostellar systems, TBD binary systems, TBD trinary systems, and TBD systems with four or more stars. 23 of the 28 systems (82%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, three Desert (De) worlds, no Garden (Ga) worlds, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, no Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world.

Valc has an estimated population of 16 billion distributed across three High population (Hi) worlds, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, no Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, 19 Low population (Lo) worlds, and 13 Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Vale (Leonidae 0211). The population primarily consists of 2 sophont groups.

Unclaimed[edit]

There are 13 worlds in the subsector under no claimed jurisdiction, with an estimated combined population of less than 1 million, a per capita income of Cr0, and a total economy of BCr0. Driving this economy are no Agricultural (Ag) worlds, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds.

Non-Aligned[edit]

There are eight Non-Aligned worlds in Valc with an estimated combined population of less than 1 million.

Cytrialin Unity[edit]

The Cytrialin Unity has jurisdiction over four worlds in the subsector with an estimated combined population of 14 billion, a per capita income of Cr6,400, and a total economy of BCr89,676. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr272 through 4 starports (2 Class A, 1 Class B, 1 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 35,435 people. The governments in the Cytrialin Unity maintain one Naval base in the subsector. The average technology level is 10 (with most between 7 and 13). The highest technology level is 14 at Vale (Leonidae 0211).

The Cytrialin Unity has an estimated population of 14 billion in this subsector, distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, no Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, no Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Vale (Leonidae 0211). The population consists of 2 sophont groups, Lamura Gav and Lamura Teg.

Gniivi[edit]

The Gniivi Collective has jurisdiction over three worlds in this subsector with an estimated combined population of 2 billion, a per capita income of Cr5,860, and a total economy of BCr11,720. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr42 through 2 starports (1 Class A, 0 Class B, 0 Class C, 1 Class D) employing 5,390 people. Driving this interstellar trade are no Agricultural (Ag) worlds, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in the Gniivi Collective maintain two Naval bases, and one Scout base.

The Gniivi have an estimated population of 2 billion in this subsector, distributed across one High population (Hi) world, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, no Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, one Low population (Lo) world, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Ar‐gniiv (Leonidae 0320). The population consists of 1 sophont group, Gniivi.
