History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Some reports claim that objects have been detected orbiting very close to the event horizon of both black holes in The Havoc. If these objects exist, they were placed in a precisely calculated orbit by some intelligence. Only an extremely advanced species could accomplish such a thing and why they would do so remains a mystery. The existence of the objects has never been proven, but there is known to be a planet in the Havoc. Designated Havoc Omega, it is subject to great stresses.
