Description (Specifications)[edit]
Saregon is one of the most powerful subsectors in the Core, second only to Kaskii Subsector when it comes to industrial might. However, Saregon also has more than its share of police states and technologically enforced authoritarian regimes.
The Saregon Subsector is defended by 273rd Fleet.
Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]
Saregon, subsector P of Core, contains 39 worlds with an estimated combined population of 285 billion, a per capita income of Cr10,546, and a total economy of BCr3,005,739. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr69,178 through 35 starports (7 Class A, 23 Class B, 5 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 11,306,055 people. Driving this interstellar trade are four Agricultural (Ag) worlds, three Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, two Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, six Rich (Ri) worlds, and four Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Saregon maintain 14 Naval bases, ten Scout bases, and one Way station. The average technology level is 11 (with most between 8 and 13). The highest technology level is 15 at Dishadshii (Core 2640), Ganad (Core 2933), Saregon (Core 2936), and Ashmelam (Core 3033).
Saregon, subsector P of Core, contains 54 stars and 435 identified planets; 25 monostellar systems, 13 binary systems, one trinary system, and no systems with four or more stars. 33 of the 39 systems (84%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, three Garden (Ga) worlds, three Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, four Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Saregon has an estimated population of 285 billion distributed across nine High population (Hi) worlds, four Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 15 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, four Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Igla (Core 2837), Shakiiga (Core 2938), Ganad (Core 2933), Sinad (Core 2832), Dishadshii (Core 2640), and Saregon (Core 2936). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups, including one native sophont.
