• A fluid world has an oceanic geography consisting of heavily contaminated water or a substance such as ammonia, methane, hydrocarbons, or other exotic liquid.
• This is a cold world with an overall climate that is at the lower temperature range of human-congruous sophont endurance.
• This world is part of the Aslan Hierate, as a world where multiple clans have split control of the planet, in the Tohai Subsector of Ealiyasiyw Sector.

• It is the homeworld of the Huosua, a sophont species and minor race.

Iraisafeie orbits towards the outer edge of the gigantic primary star's habitable zone.

• It receives moderate levels of stellar energy.

Mainworld Size (S)

Iraisafeie is a Meso World between 12,000km and 13,500km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.8G and 1.1G. The horizon will appear about 5.1km away. Vessels with 1G of thrust should check with local starport authorities before attempting to land using emergency power.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Iraisafeie has an Insidious Atmosphere which requires the use of a Hostile Environment Suit or Vacc Suit, but extreme conditions cause the corrosive effects to defeat any personal protective measures in a few hours. TL–10 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

• It experiences low temperatures.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Iraisafeie has 25-35% of its surface covered by a fluid other than water. Wilderness refueling is not possible. Water for the inhabitants needs to be imported and extensively recycled. These worlds may be Hell Worlds.

• This surface fluid may be ammonia, methane, hydrocarbons, or other exotic liquids depending on the local temperature and environment.

Huosua

Native Lifeforms

Exotic native life occupying every available ecological niche. Its metabolic functions drive the process of atmospheric renewal.

• Most native organisms will rapidly die in environmental conditions suitable for Aslan or humans.

Native Sophont (NIL)

Iraisafeie is the homeworld of the Huosua, a xenophobic minor race who thrive in the world's hellish chlorine atmosphere and are currently at a Stone Age level of technological development.

• Their alien metabolism and unpleasant natural weaponry make them fast, deadly killers.

History & Background (Dossier)

Iraisafeie is the location of an Aslan mining facility controlled by the Teralyah clan. It works in conjunction with several other Aslan Clan interests, sharing administrative and defensive duties.

The system's huge primary star and its tiny dwarf companion cause intense interference, strange tones and noises, and heavy static on commo and sensors.

World Starport (St)

Iraisafeie has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

The surface port facilities lie close to one of the richest sources of easily extractable minerals on the world. They also lie within a major equatorial migration route, a path followed by enormous herds of local fauna.

World Population (P)

Iraisafeie has population of 700 sophonts (hundreds).

• This is a Low Population World and the population would be too low to sustain itself without moderate outside assistance. This may represent a large transient population such as the crew of a fleet of starships, the dwindling remnants of a dying colony, a construction team building a new colony, or an outpost that could evolve into a colony.
  • This only counts the Aslan inhabitants.
• An unknown number of Huosua, conservatively estimated to be in the tens of millions, inhabit the world. The system's noisy stars and the world's atmosphere hamper sensor scans, making an accurate count of their numbers impossible; they aren't listed in the world's population.

World Languages

• Native languages spoken by the Huosua: the nature of these languages is unknown.
• Trokh, the principal language of the Aslan Hierate.
  • Minor Aslan Languages: note that some Aslan Clans retain obscure or archaic languages for personal use in addition to Trokh.

World Government (G)

Iraisafeie is governed by multiple Aslan Clans. Similar to a Balkanized Government, there are several Clans competing for control of the world. These may be allies, cooperating, competitors, or at war with each other.

The Huosua appear to live in nomadic tribal groups that follow herds of prey animals. The various tribes are believed to form larger Confederations that the Aslan refer to as Nations.

• There is almost no contact between the Aslan and the native tribes and Nations; at least, none that isn't defined by sudden violence.

World Law (L)

Iraisafeie has an extreme law level which covers every area of interaction. Laws are complex, detailed, and difficult to understand. Every interaction with the government requires an Advocate. Law enforcement is omnipresent and strict. Legal proceeding can take months to years to resolve and may involve dozens of people. A few worlds with this law level may be a Red Zone and others will be an Amber Zone. All objects specifically manufactured as weapons are typically regulated or prohibited (with no exception for private residences; visiting starships are only protected so long as they stay within designated starports and approach corridors).
