Hulda, subsector E of Canopus, contains 17 worlds with an estimated combined population of 26 billion, a per capita income of Cr7,578, and a total economy of BCr197,120. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr382 through 10 starports (3 Class A, 3 Class B, 2 Class C, 2 Class D) employing 85,030 people. Driving this interstellar trade are one Agricultural (Ag) world, two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in Hulda maintain three Naval bases and three Military bases. The average technology level is 7 (with most between 3 and 10). The highest technology level is 14 at Hipponax (Canopus 0118).

Hulda, subsector E of Canopus, contains 24 stars and 198 identified planets; 12 monostellar systems, three binary systems, two trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 14 of the 17 systems (82%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, two Desert (De) worlds, no Garden (Ga) worlds, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, two Poor (Po) worlds, four Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Hulda has an estimated population of 26 billion distributed across two High population (Hi) worlds, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, eight Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and two Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Hipponax (Canopus 0118). The population consists primarily of 2 sophont groups.
