• This world has yet to take off economically or otherwise and the population remains low for reasons largely unknown.
• It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Nuzuu Subsector of Verge Sector in the Domain of Ilelish.
• This world is a "Twilight Zone World", a planet that is tidally-locked to its star. It has a hot side that permanently faces the star, a cold side that permanently faces away, and a narrow twilight zone in-between.
• This world lies on the Nuzuu Main.

Pakraan has a pressure of 0.43 to 0.70 atmospheres. The Thin Atmosphere does not require survival gear although it may be hard on sophonts not accustomed to it.

Pakraan has 35-45% of its surface covered by liquid water. There will be a number of small seas or one larger body of water. Wilderness refueling is possible.

During the Long Night, Pakraan was a member of the Old Verge Combine, a small polity claiming sovereignty over a number of worlds.

Pakraan has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.
