Murazor is a low-population world with a population of less than 10,000 sophonts in size.
- This world has yet to take off economically or otherwise and the population remains low for reasons largely unknown.
- It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Narya Subsector of Daibei Sector in the Domain of Ilelish.
Description (Astrography & Planetology)[edit]
Stellar Data[edit]
System Data[edit]
System:
- x2 Gas Giants
- x0 Planetoid Belts
- x8 Other Worlds
System Importance (Ix)[edit]
This world has an Importance Extension (Ix): of 1 (Ordinary).
- (The Importance Extension (Ix) ranks worlds within a region. It governs the locations of capitals and trade routes.)
Mainworld Data[edit]
Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
Murazor is a Meso World between 7,200km and 8,800km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.4G and 0.57G. The horizon will appear about 4km away.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
Murazor has a pressure of 0.43 to 0.70 atmospheres. The Thin Atmosphere does not require survival gear although it may be hard on sophonts not accustomed to it.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
Murazor has 75-85% of its surface covered by liquid water with a few large continents and extensive islands. Wilderness refueling is possible.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Imperial Landed Nobility (N)[edit]
Murazor, as a member world of the Third Imperium has a member of the Imperial Landed Nobility who acts as an Imperial representative to the world.
World Starport (Sp)[edit]
Murazor has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
- The Starport Authority employee population is approximately 440 sophonts.
World Population (P)[edit]
Murazor has a population of 1,000 sophonts (thousands).
- This is a Low Population World and the population would be too low to sustain itself without a little outside assistance. This may represent the home base of a sizable but mostly transient population such as the base of a major starship expedition, the last generation of a dying colony, the first generation of a new colony, or a large outpost that will probably evolve into a colony if not stopped.
World Demographics[edit]
Linguistic Topography[edit]
The following languages are among the most commonly used here:
- Core Anglic: A major dialect of one of the two official languages of the Third Imperium.
- Daibei Anglic is also influenced by Rim Anglic.
- Trokh: The common language of the Aslan monoculture established after the Aslan Cultural Purge.
- Aslan Languages: Note that some Aslan clans retain obscure or archaic languages for personal use in addition to Trokh.
- Vilani: One of the two official languages of the Third Imperium.
World Government (G)[edit]
Murazor is governed by Self-Perpetuating Oligarchy. A single family or small group provides the leadership and important positions within the government. These positions are inherited by members of the group or by their relatives. The organization may be a monarchy, with titles passed to family members, or a plutocracy where inheritance of the family fortune includes government position. Alternatively, the organization may be a more typical government apparatus, only with positions of power inherited.
World Law Level (L)[edit]
Murazor has a moderate law level with laws covering many areas of government and interaction. These laws are simple enough that most people can act as their own advocate, though for serious issues a professional is recommended. Law enforcement officials will be present, but not in great numbers. Light assault weapons, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
World Technology Level (TL)[edit]
Murazor possesses a Technology Level of TL–11 or TL-B in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Holovision, Personal Global Communications, and advanced Translators.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Increasingly advanced fusion plants and advanced fuel cells.
