Isbelra is a poor, nonindustrial desert hellworld with a population struggling to survive in an inhospitable environment.
- Hellworlds often offer daily, and sometimes hourly, life-threatening situations to their inhabitants. Survivors often form intense survival skills and tend to be grim realists.
- This world has no free-standing water.
- It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
- It is a member of the Trooles Confederation in the Festab Subsector of Theta Borealis Sector.
- The world serves as the subsector capital with the significant extra trade and prestige associated with that role.
Description (Astrography & Planetology)[edit]
Isbelra has a solitary primary star.
- It is an orange main sequence.

System Data[edit]
The worlds of the system have been surveyed. They consist of:
- The mainworld.
- x9 secondary rocky worlds.
- x1 planetoid belt.
- x1 gas giant.
Mainworld Data[edit]
No information yet available.
Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
Isbelra is a Meso World between 5,600km and 7,200km in diameter. The world has low gravity between 0.32G and 0.46G. The horizon will appear about 3.6km away.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
Isbelra has a pressure of 0.10 to 0.42 atmospheres. The very thin pressures require a respirator or Oxygen Mask this atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds which requires the use of a Filter Respirator Combination Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.
- The world has an abiotic oxygen atmosphere.
- Atmospheric oxygen is produced by a photocatalytic reaction between stellar energy and surface minerals.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
Isbelra has no free-standing water or ice on the surface. Wilderness refueling isn't possible on this world. Water for the inhabitants needs to be imported and extensively recycled. These worlds are classified Desert World or a Hell World depending on their atmosphere.
Satellites:[edit]

Mainworld Geography and Topography[edit]
No information yet available.
Native Lifeforms[edit]
No native life: the world has an abiotic oxygen atmosphere.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
No information yet available.
World Starport (St)[edit]
Isbelra has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
Facilities[edit]
Port facilities within the system include:
- No information yet available.
World Technology Level (T)[edit]
Isbelra possesses a Technology Level of TL–13 or TL-D in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Holovideo recorders.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Miniature super-batteries, prototype collectors, advanced fusion plants.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land, Water & Air: Personal G-Tubes and advanced gravcraft.
- Space: Advanced interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).
- FTL: Jump Drive-4.
World Government (G)[edit]
Isbelra is governed by a Civil Service Bureaucracy. The leadership of the government is another form (democracy, dictatorship, oligarchy), but the bureaucracy leadership influences policy. The government leadership may select the bureaucracy leadership, but not its membership. Usually the governmental leadership is divided, or incapable of setting policy and the bureaucracy provides a stabilizing influence. The bureaucracy may be the full government bureaucracy or a section with limited jurisdiction but considerable influence like the military.
World Military[edit]
No information yet available.
World Law (L)[edit]
Isbelra has a high law level with laws covering many areas of interactions of people, corporations, and the government. A few worlds with this law level may be Amber Zones. Any interaction with the judicial system requires an Advocate trained in the local legal system. Law enforcement is present almost everywhere, either as people or via technology. Legal proceedings can take weeks to months to resolve and involve a dozen or more people. All objects specifically manufactured as weapons are typically regulated or prohibited (outside private residences or visiting starships).
World Economy[edit]
- Resources: 9 (moderate)
- Labor: 4 (tens of thousands)
- Infrastructure: 5 (limited)
- Efficiency: +2 (good)
Trade Data[edit]
- Importance: 1 (ordinary)
World Demographics (P)[edit]
Isbelra has a population of 400,000
