Description (Specifications)[edit]

A "hook" of systems accessible only by at least jump-3 from anywhere but Kobol terminates at Ochzyu, site of a prison camp administrated by Nyozee. Much of the subsector is barely inhabited, with the overall population just clearing 1.2 million -- a million of them at the Ochzyu camp.

Subsector Summary: 1105[edit]

Etoox, subsector L of Langere contains 11 worlds with an estimated population of 1 million, a per capita income of Cr0, and a total economy is BCr0. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr894 through 10 starports (1 Class A, 3 Class B, 5 Class C, 1 Class D) employing 110,135 people. Driving this interstellar trade are no Agricultural (Ag) worlds, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Etoox maintain one Embassy, one Naval base, and one Military base. The average technology level is 6 (with most between 4 and 9). The highest technology level is 10 at Siyza (Langere 2727).

Etoox, subsector L of Langere contains 13 stars and 123 identified planets; nine monostellar systems, two binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 11 of the 11 systems (100%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, no Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, three Poor (Po) worlds, two Vacuum (Va) worlds, and no Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Etoox has an estimated population of 1 million distributed across no High population (Hi) worlds, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, five Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and one Barren (Ba) world. The highest population world is Ochzyu (Langere 2823). The population consists of 2 sophont groups including one native sophont.

2 identified sophont populations in Etoox
  • mino: 1 million on their homeworld.
  • Hiver of Guaran (Ricenden 0827): less than 1 million on ten worlds.

Hive Federation[edit]

The Hive Federation has jurisdiction over all of the worlds with an estimated population of 1 million, a per capita income of Cr0, and a total economy is BCr0.
