A "hook" of systems accessible only by at least jump-3 from anywhere but Kobol terminates at Ochzyu, site of a prison camp administrated by Nyozee. Much of the subsector is barely inhabited, with the overall population just clearing 1.2 million -- a million of them Ochzyu's native Kingrua.
