The Druse class Assault Lander is a combatant smallcraft.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

It is a combat smallcraft with 1-G and J-1 performance with a streamlined TBD hull. Recovery boats act as an ambulance for each platoon and can carry a company clearing station, the shipboard naval doctors and surgeons do the major work. They resupply each platoon with ammo, food and water. They can recover and take equipment back to the parent ship for repair.

  • It carries light armament and a defensive suite. They provide fire support, ECM and Jamming. The marines need their ships to survive, they are not as autonomous as similar army units with imbedded support.
  • It ordinarily carries no subcraft, no ship's vehicles, and drones only when needed.
  • It has a # sophont crew and # marines.
