Subsector Summary: 1105

Kyahiyleakhaw, subsector B of Touchstone, contains 20 worlds with an estimated combined population of 10 billion, a per capita income of Cr1,600, and a total economy of BCr16,024. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr1 through 5 starports (0 Class A, 0 Class B, 0 Class C, 5 Class D) employing 265 people. Driving this interstellar trade are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds, one Non-Agricultural (Na) world, one Pre-Agricultural (Pa) world, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and one Industrial (In) world. The governments in Kyahiyleakhaw maintain three Clan bases. The average technology level is 1 (with most between 0 and 4). The highest technology level is 9 at Uieah (Touchstone 1008).

Kyahiyleakhaw, subsector B of Touchstone, contains 23 stars and 221 identified planets; 17 monostellar systems, three binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 15 of the 20 systems (75%) have native gas giants. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, one Desert (De) world, two Garden (Ga) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, no Poor (Po) worlds, two Vacuum (Va) worlds, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world.

Kyahiyleakhaw has an estimated population of 10 billion distributed across one High population (Hi) world, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, six Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, one Low population (Lo) world, and 12 Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Tryeouoaeakh (Touchstone 1108). The population consists primarily of 1 sophont group.

In 1116 the subsector had a population of 10.0 Billion, and its highest TL was A at Tryeouoaeakh (1108). In 1202 the subsector has a population of 22.4 Billion and its highest TL is C, again at Tryeouoaeakh (1108).

Kyahiyleahkhaw Subsector (Touchstone B) was, previous to the Collapse, an open frontier and dumping ground for unwanted Ihatei. When the Collapse drove billions of Aslan into the Colonies, many of the more organised set up bases for the straggling refugees, and small clan wars have consumed the subsector ever since. The domains of Syoisius, Tralyeaeawi and Aokhalte all run into each other here, and the boundaries are patrolled by tense, hair-trigger military units and irregulars. Tensions are reflected in the large number of amber zones assigned for this subsector.
