Description (Specifications)[edit]
ISN Kom: Their weapons load was selected to inflict several small wounds to cripple prey, rather than kill. The free booters, were independent pirates would only heed the call to full scale battle if the prize was rich enough. These "captains" were not part of a normal, reliable fleet chain of command, more of an armed auxiliary force.
