Gulf Sector lies directly rimward of Far Home Sector. It is located within the Great Void and is almost entirely rift density. It contains a total of sixteen systems. Only one subsector (subsector A) is accessible to conventional jump-2 vessels travelling from the Distant Fringe. One other subsector (subsector D) is accessible through the Ith-Saa-Ka Waypoint in Far Home Sector.The population is approximately 214,000 sophonts.
