Willwlmo is a binary star system.

• Both are orange main sequence stars.

Under Sitaraist belief, both are considered "good stars".

The mainworld and its gas giant primary orbit within the star's Habitable Zone.

Mainworld Size (S)

Willwlmo is a Small World between 4,000km and 5,600km in diameter. The world has low gravity between 0.24G and 0.34G. The horizon will appear about 3km away.

Willwlmo has a pressure of 0.43 to 0.70 atmospheres. The Thin Atmosphere does not require survival gear although it may be hard on sophonts not accustomed to it.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Willwlmo has 35-45% of its surface covered by liquid water. There will be a number of small seas or one larger body of water. Wilderness refueling is possible.

Willwlmo is a major regional economic hub, with a thriving economy and a changing technological base. Its domestic technological level was previously higher, but has been transformed by sweeping government measures to retool and standardize the world's vast industrial base.

• It is a member world of the Regency of Muirimi.
• It has been settled for centuries.
• The resources of the system are being exploited.

The population are culturally Muirimi.

• The inhabitants can trace their origins back to the central Asian and Indian subcontinent regions of Terra.
• The majority are followers of Sitaraism, a form of star-worship.

Multiple businesses, organizations, and private interests are active within the system.

• Commercial traffic is heavy: ships constantly arrive and depart.
• Commo is filled with signals and private chatter. Communications are in Naiurdu and Riftian Anglic.
• Multiple commercial navigation beacons will be active.
• A number of vessels may be operating among the other worlds and moons that make up the system.

The world formed part of an ancient Muirimi state called the "Roshanee Kee Ekata", or the "Unity of Light".

• It was more commonly called the "Unity of Stars".
• The region was sometimes referred to as "Far Tibet".
• The Unity was home to reclusive sects of monks dedicated to achieving personal enlightenment and unlocking inner powers.
• The Unity and its member worlds chose to join the Regency upon its formation.

Willwlmo was the capital of the Unity.

Its Naiurdu name, Vinayashehr, translates as Vinaya's Settlement.

Willwlmo has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

• The port was previously rated as a Class A facility.
• It has been downgraded while it is extensively rebuilt.

There is a powerful independent organization, the state religion, which has influence or direct control of the government. Like the bureaucratic governments this may simply be a strong influence with a secular government, have direct influence by controlling who may be in the leadership, or be a direct theocracy where the church leadership and bureaucracy is the government.

• The government enforces a radical, extremist Sitaraist doctrine.

Approximately 12 million personnel.

World Law (L)

Willwlmo has a high law level with laws covering many areas of interactions of people, corporations, and the government. A few worlds with this law level may be Amber Zones. Any interaction with the judicial system requires an Advocate trained in the local legal system. Law enforcement is present almost everywhere, either as people or via technology. Legal proceedings can take weeks to months to resolve and involve a dozen or more people. All blade weapons and firearms, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
