Sigag is a high-population, industrial world with a billion or more sophonts in population size.
- As an industrial world, this planet has well-developed manufacturing and processing industries. Manufactured goods are a major export item.
- Its economy is rapidly growing and living conditions are expected to rapidly improve barring outside forces.
- It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Khukaruu Subsector of Verge Sector in the Domain of Ilelish.
Description (Astrography & Planetology)[edit]
Stellar Data[edit]
Sisag has a solitary primary star.
- It is an unstable yellow subgiant.

System Data[edit]
The worlds of the system have been surveyed. They consist of:
- The mainworld.
- x2 secondary rocky worlds.
- x1 planetoid belt.
- x3 gas giants.
Native Lifeforms[edit]
The world has primitive microscopic multi-cellular native life occupying a few ecological niches.
Mainworld Data[edit]
Sisag is an ancient world, one that formerly orbited in the pre-giant star's outer system. When the star entered the giant stage of its evolution, Sisag became far more temperate and oceans began to form from melted subsurface ice. The world had been home to hardy microscopic lifeforms for most of its existence and these adapted to the new conditions, though the most advanced of them are photosynthetic slimes and microscopic multicellular worms.
Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
Sisag is a Meso World between 5,600km and 7,200km in diameter. The world has low gravity between 0.32G and 0.46G. The horizon will appear about 3.6km away.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
Sisag has a pressure of 0.10 to 0.42 atmospheres. The very thin pressures require a respirator or Oxygen Mask. This atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds, which requires the use of a Filter Respirator Combination Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.
- Sisag has a very low percentage of oxygen.
- Cyanobacteria within the oceans are gradually changing the atmospheric composition.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
Sisag has 35-45% of its surface covered by liquid water. There will be a number of small seas or one larger body of water. Wilderness refueling is possible.
Mainworld Geography and Topography[edit]
No centrally held map of the world exists within AAB Library Data records.
(Blank map, predominantly dry world.)
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Sisag was never a member of the Ziru Sirka and was not governed by the Rule of Man.
Despite lying around 9 parsecs from the nearest non-rift Imperial world, Sisag is a full member of the Third Imperium.
The system's star experiences periodic bouts of flare activity, which causes interference, strange tones and noises, and heavy static on commo and sensors.
- During major outbursts of flare activity radiation levels within the system are dangerously high.
- Exposure to elevated radiation levels causes serious health issues and may damage unshielded electronic devices.
World Starport (St)[edit]
Sisag has a Class D Starport, a poor quality installation which has few of the expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.
World Population (P)[edit]
Sisag has a population of 8,000,000,000 sophonts (billions).
- High Population Worlds like this tend to have huge consumer markets.
World Technology Level (T)[edit]
Sisag possesses a Technology Level of TL–10 or TL-A in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Holovision, Personal Global Communications, and advanced Translators.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Increasingly advanced fusion plants and advanced fuel cells.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land & Water: Grav belts and maturing gravcraft.
- Air: Greatly improved hybrid grav-aircraft.
- Space: Improved interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).
- FTL: Jump Drive-1.
World Government (G)[edit]
Sisag is governed by a Representative Democracy where government leadership is by representatives elected by eligible voters. What determines an eligible voter varies. The representatives determine policy, including selecting members of the bureaucracy. There can be referenda, votes by eligible voters on specific subjects.
World Law (L)[edit]
Sisag has a moderate law level with laws covering many areas of government and interaction. These laws are simple enough that most people can act as their own advocate, though for serious issues a professional is recommended. Law enforcement officials will be present, but not in great numbers. All firearms, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
Imperial High (Landed) Nobility[edit]
Sisag, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial Landed Knight who acts as an Imperial representative to the world, and the fiefdom of a member of the Imperial Landed Nobility, who oversees affairs regarding the world at an Interstellar and Imperial level.
- It holds the estate of an Imperial knight, the Imperial representative to the world.
- It holds the fiefdom of an Imperial count.
Trade Data[edit]
- Importance: 2 (ordinary)
World Economy[edit]
- Resources: F (extremely abundant)
- Labor: 8 (hundreds of millions)
- Infrastructure: C (very extensive)
- Efficiency: +2 (good)
World Culture[edit]
- Heterogenity: 9 (discordant)
- Acceptance: B (extremely friendly)
- Strangeness: 5 (distinct)
- Symbols: A (abstract)

- The Year 0: the Third Imperium is founded.
- 300-420: the First Survey charts the system.
- 995-1065: the Second Survey charts the system.
- 1065: the Second Survey is published. Information about the system becomes widely available.
