Subsector H of Leonidae Sector.
Description[edit]
Much of this subsector is void, and of its nine systems only five are inhabited.
Gri-ulm, an agricultural world with 80,000,000 people, and Urbana, a naval power of a billion people ruled by a charismatic dictator, are members of the Corona Regnum, and effective clients of the Hive Federation, heavily influenced by the Hivers to trailing.
On the far side of the subsector is Titilayo, with 70,000,000 people living at TL-4, an agricultural society rigidly controlled by a charismatic dictator.
To rimward of Titilayo is a string of unpopulated systems trailing of the Harodar Hegemony and coreward of the Dynchia Comitia. Kudzidu's 7,000 people have no government structure, leaving the only structured nation of the cluster the charismatic dictatorship of Tsanga, ruling 900,000,000 people.
Subsector Summary: 1116[edit]
Roncus, subsector H of Leonidae, contains nine worlds with an estimated combined population of 2 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,521, and a total economy of BCr7,220. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr19 through 5 starports (0 Class A, 3 Class B, 1 Class C, 1 Class D) employing 2,790 people. Driving this interstellar trade are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Roncus maintain one Naval Base. The average technology level is 4 (with most between 0 and 9). The highest technology level is 11 at Urbana (Leonidae 3217).
Roncus, subsector H of Leonidae, contains 13 stars; five monostellar systems, four binary systems, no trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 8 of the nine systems (88%) have native gas giants. There are one Asteroid (As) belt, no Desert (De) worlds, no Garden (Ga) worlds, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, no Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and no Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
Roncus has an estimated population of 2 billion distributed across one High population (Hi) world, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, no Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and four Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Urbana (Leonidae 3217). The population consists of several sophont groups.

Unknown[edit]
The Unknown has jurisdiction over four worlds with an estimated population of less than 1 million, a per capita income of Cr0, and a total economy is BCr0. Driving this economy are no Agricultural (Ag) worlds, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds.
Non-Aligned[edit]
There are three Non-Aligned worlds in Roncus with an estimated combined population of 970 million.
Corona Regnum[edit]
The Corona Regnum has jurisdiction over two worlds within the subsector, with an estimated combined population of 1 billion, a per capita income of Cr3,591, and a total economy of BCr3,879. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr18 through 2 starports (0 Class A, 2 Class B, 0 Class C, 0 Class D) employing 2,585 people. Driving this interstellar trade are one Agricultural (Ag) world, no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, no Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, no Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in the Corona Regnum maintain one Naval Base within the subsector.
The Corona Regnum has an estimated population of 1 billion within the subsector, distributed across one High population (Hi) world, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, no Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, no Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population world is Urbana (Leonidae 3217). The population consists of several sophont groups.

Linguistic Topography: 1105[edit]
The following languages are among the most commonly used within this astrographic region:
- Anglic: One of the two official languages of the Third Imperium and common to many human worlds; in this region, mostly variant dialects.
- Gurvin: The common language of the Hive Federation and a secondary language in many of its client states.
- Hiver Sign Language
- Ithkluri: The common language of the Ithklur, and used in conjunction with Gurvin throughout the Hive Federation and adjacent space.
- Kator: The common language of the Kargol and the official language of the Kargol Confederation.
- A common secondary language in other parts of the sector, including Roncus.
- Vilani: One of the two official languages of the Third Imperium and common to many human worlds; in this region, mostly variant dialects.
Major Historical Events Timeline: 1116[edit]
These are some of the more important historical events that have affected this subsector:
- Circa -2130: The worlds that will become the Corona Regnum are settled as a Terran cultural region. These colonies make contact with local Minor Races and, in time, the Hivers.
- -2029 to -2013: The Hiver-K'kree War.
- (-1776 to 0): The Long Night.
- Circa -1550: A reportedly zealous response to K'kree probes leads to the first declared Corona Regnum, as the systems of the Corona Arc unite to stand against the larger threat.
- The Regnum lasts roughly two centuries before collapsing in on itself.
- -740: New Human states in Numbis Sector began to expand and conquer, causing the Corona Regnum to reform as a defensive act.
- -710: Having repulsed attempts on its territory, the Corona Regnum begins conquering systems outside of the traditional Corona.
- -510: The second Regnum collapses, again under its own weight.
- The Year 0: Far to spinward, the Third Imperium is founded.
- 224: A brief Third Corona Regnum is declared, but doesn't survive the death in fleet battle of its founder eight years later.
- 300-420: The Imperial First Survey.
- 995 to 1065: The Imperial Second Survey.
