Citrepil is a backwater outpost with almost no development. Some of the planets and moons within it have never had an intelligent being visit them.

The limited resources of the system are being exploited.

There is little activity within the system.

Commercial traffic is very infrequent: ships rarely visit.
Commo occasionally picks up signals and private chatter. Communications are in Anglic.
One or two commercial navigation beacons may be active.
A vessel or two may be operating among the other worlds and moons that make up the system.
