The TBD class Attack Boat is a warship.

Description (Specifications)

Designed and built for the Ka'sa Faction of the Sath Alliance Military Forces. These ships operate within the Far Home Sector. The TL–11 partially streamlined close structure hulls have jump 2 drives and carry enough internal fuel for two jumps. They are fitted with drop tanks for an extra jump 2 and 28 more days of power plant fuel. They are designed with several redundant systems, and carry factor 4 armor which allows them to absorb considerable punishment. They are fitted with fuel scoops and have fuel purification for gas giant refueling. They are fitted with the best particle accelerator spinal mounted weapon system available for ship killing. They are armed with four repulsor bays, seventeen heavy missile bays, two hundred triple sand caster batteries, five dual plasma guns, and one hundred and forty triple pulse laser turrets. They carry a battalion of 500 marines with drop capsules. The marines are supported by a squadron of ten 30 dton fighters, a company of Sath Alliance Grav APCs, and two 20dton retrieval boats. It carries a pair of model 5fib computers with an auxiliary bridge, and a low watch to replace fallen crew or carry another battalion of troops. They are capable of 2G acceleration and have no agility rating.
