The majority of the subsector population are Ithklur, living within the Ithklur Cultural Reserve, a subpolity of the Hive Federation.

The highest technology level is 13 at Reneanthetlyyn (Extolian 1716), Kewrackaga (Extolian 1816), Drit (Extolian 1820), Nyska (Extolian 1911), and Phlocnuansk (Extolian 2218).
