Relovan is a satellite of a gas giant.

The mainworld and its gas giant primary world orbit within the star's Habitable Zone.

• They lie within the zone's colder outer H- region.

• They orbit inside the star's Jump Shadow.

Mainworld Size (S)

Relovan is a Small World between 4,000km and 5,600km in diameter. The world has low gravity between 0.24G and 0.34G. The horizon will appear about 3km away.

• Tidal stresses generated by the world's gas giant primary cause frequent seismic activity.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Relovan has a pressure of 0.10 to 0.42 atmospheres. The very thin pressures require a respirator or Oxygen Mask. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

• Oxygen is produced by photocatalytic conversion of surface materials by stellar energy.
• Fresh surface material is constantly exposed through processes such as seismic activity, volcanism, or erosion.

• The percentage of oxygen in the atmosphere varies according to the density of global cloud cover.
