The Salamander class Far Trader is a mercantile starship.
- It is a civilian ship and a Far Trader.
Description (Specifications)
It is a typical Far Trader plying the space lanes of the rimward areas of the Spinward Marches for decades. They are built in Glisten shipyards and have often been commandeered by the Imperial Navy as auxiliaries. While it wasn't originally equipped with ship armament, but many were up-graded in Imperial Navy service with two triple missile turrets and a 2.0 ton Armored Magazine holding forty missiles. There is no spare EP to fit any lasers. The ship's locker is roomy and can be stocked with considerable amounts of equipment.
