Course Sector lies on the trailing edge of the Distant Fringe. It is divided by the Moat Rifts, which run coreward-rimward through the center of the sector and join the Great Void. It contains 133 systems and has a listed population of approximately 70.66 million sophonts. Ragol Subsector (subsector A) contains the Ragol Drift, a narrow corridor of stars that leads into Bourne Sector. Saldazar Subsector (subsector I) connects directly to Far Home Sector. Both subsectors are accessible to conventional jump-2 vessels travelling from the Distant Fringe. As'Kaa Subsector (Subsector M) contains a part of the Hak'tha Spread.
