History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
The Main is unofficially known as the Dustbelt and has been the site of hundreds of minor wars over the last few centuries.
Raiders from Tyr and Acis are still considered a major threat to worlds along the Main. See: Tyrian Lordships.
Traders and spies who ply the Sindalian Main believe that Oghman raiders have likely established deep-space fuel dumps at strategic locations in order to cross the two-parsec gaps between their world and the Main with jump-1 starships.
The Main has jump-2 access to the Hliyh Cluster via Lacidaeus. It allows jump-2 access to the Florian Main via Connaught.
