Khoeghersaeng has a pressure of 1.50 to 2.49 atmospheres. While a Dense Atmosphere requires no survival gear this atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds which requires the use of a Filter Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–3 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Khoeghersaeng used to be a Zhodani world called Zdetlroz. When the Worlds of Leader Rukh entered a phase of expansion, Rukh wanted to take a Zhodani world to 'send a message'. The war for Khoeghersaeng, in 1097, saw the Vargr eventually victorious but at the cost of great losses, including Rukh himself. Many of the surviving Zhodani left their devastated world but some were unable or unwilling to leave. Those that remained formed a new community in one of the smaller domes, while Vargr populated one of the remaining cities. The two races remain very much segregated.
World Starport (Sp)[edit]
Khoeghersaeng has a Class B Starport, a good quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and most kinds of repair, and construction of non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

- 1069: Several governments unite to form the Gnoerrgh Rukh Lloell (Anti-Rukh Coalition). The leaders of these six worlds in Spurl Subsector have no desire to become part of Rukh's empire; with Rukh's fleet spread over four subsectors the combined forces of the Coalition are able to defend their territories and maintain their independence from Rukh’s influence.
