- It is a member of the Salinaikin Concordance in the Akigura Subsector of Yiklerzdanzh Sector.
- This is a temperate world, with a climate of pleasant, average temperatures, considered to be an ideal or near-ideal environment by many different sophont species.

Kemkhil has a solitary primary star.
- It is a yellow main sequence.

Mainworld Data
The mainworld orbits within the star's Habitable Zone.
- It lies within the zones prime H region.
- It receives moderate levels of stellar energy.
- The world orbits beyond the stars Jump Shadow.
Mainworld Size (S)
Kemkhil is a Meso World between 7,200km and 8,800km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.4G and 0.57G. The horizon will appear about 4km away.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)
Kemkhil has a pressure of 0.43 to 0.70 atmospheres. While the thin atmosphere does not require survival gear this atmosphere also contains an unusual taint such as disease, a hazardous gas mix, pollutants, or sulfur compounds which requires the use of a Filter Mask. Some taints may require more protective equipment. TL–3 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.
- It experiences moderate temperatures.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)
Kemkhil has 55-65% of its surface covered by liquid water. It has significant large liquid bodies. Wilderness refueling is possible.
Satellites
Kemkhil retains two small vacuum moons.

History & Background (Dossier)
During the early 700s many worlds within the neighboring Antideluvia Subsector of Far Frontiers Sector became increasingly fearful of annexation into the Zhodani Consulate. The leaders of planets across the region came together in a council, which convened on Acropolis, and after deliberation that lasted months ratified the declaration of the Salinaikin Concordance. It guaranteed mutual assistance and support in the event of outside aggression and served to halt the slow expansion of the Consulate.

By the mid 700s the state was extant and expanding - seeing the benefits it offered, Kemkhil became a member in the early 900s. By the early 1000s the Concordance had reached its present size.
- The Concordance was named for Kalel Escott Salinaikin, its chief architect.

Kemkhil has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.

Kemkhil has a population of 8,000 sophonts (thousands).
- This is a Low Population World and the population would be too low to sustain itself without a little outside assistance. This may represent the home base of a sizable but mostly transient population such as the base of a major starship expedition, the last generation of a dying colony, the first generation of a new colony, or a large outpost that will probably evolve into a colony if not stopped.

Kemkhil is governed by a Representative Democracy where government leadership is by representatives elected by eligible voters. What determines an eligible voter varies. The representatives determine policy, including selecting members of the bureaucracy. There can be referenda, votes by eligible voters on specific subjects.
World Law (L)
Kemkhil has a moderate law level with laws covering many areas of government and interaction. These laws are simple enough that most people can act as their own advocate, though for serious issues a professional is recommended. Law enforcement officials will be present, but not in great numbers. Light assault weapons, and anything more destructive, are typically regulated or prohibited.
