Subsector C of Halcyon Sector. It contains 7 systems with a total population of 48.30 million sophonts, and is named for the Stanter system (2206 Halcyon). Uffan (2209 Halcyon) is one of the original Seven Colonies and has been inhabited by humans for more than 3 millennia. It is also the world where Horvath's Ponies were first bred. The subsector is considered to lie within the Moat Rifts.
