Subsector C of Halcyon Sector. It contains 7 systems with a total population of 48.30 million sophonts, and is named for the Stanter system (2206 Halcyon). Uffan (2209 Halcyon) is one of the original Seven Colonies and has been inhabited by humans for more than 3 millennia. It is also the world where Horvath's Ponies were first bred. The subsector is considered to lie within the Moat Rifts.

Stanter, subsector C of Halcyon has 7 worlds, of which 7 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 48 million sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are no High population (Hi) worlds, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, two Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, no Low population (Lo) worlds, and one Barren (Ba) world. There are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and no Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There is one Rich (Ri) world versus no Industrial (In) worlds. There is one Asteroid (As) belt, no Desert (De) worlds, one Garden (Ga) world, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, no Poor (Po) worlds, one Vacuum (Va) world, and no Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.
