Subsector D of Halcyon Sector. It contains 9 systems with a total population of 16.50 million Sophonts and is named for the primary of the Frell system (2910 Halcyon). Frell subsector is considered to be the coreward junction of the Border Rifts and the Moat Rifts.

Subsector Summary[edit]
Frell, subsector D of Halcyon has 9 worlds, of which 9 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 16 million sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are no High population (Hi) worlds, no Moderate population (Ph) worlds, four Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, no Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are two Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and one Non-Agricultural (Na) world. There is one Rich (Ri) world versus no Industrial (In) worlds. There is one Asteroid (As) belt, no Desert (De) worlds, one Garden (Ga) world, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, one Poor (Po) world, one Vacuum (Va) world, and no Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds. There are no Naval bases in the subsector, no Scout bases, and no Way stations. The highest population world is Womar (Halcyon 3010). The highest tech level is A at Yedan (Halcyon 2510). The average technology level is 3 (with most between 0 and 7).
