The Belter Claim class Junk is a civilian mining smallcraft.
Description
One step up from the Belter Launch, the Belter Claim class Junk is an old design. It is still assembled by belters in the Glisten Belt, but is considered obsolescent. The Belter Claim class Junk allows two crew to process the sort of strike that is considered unprofitable by large corporations, and so occupies a specific niche in the belter economy. A full cargo hold of common raw materials, processed from common ore, will not make most operators wealthy but can pay mortgage and other bills.
