Starships are designed with the Classic Traveller format, using High Guard Shipyard v1.13 written by Andrea Vallance.

The KE10 Rapacious class Fleet Escort is a warship.

Description (Specifications)

This vessel is an armored cylinder with a particle accelerator bay for terrorizing vacuum worlds and asteroid colonies. It lacks any secondary batteries and must rely on its singular big punch to deal with enemy targets. It lacks fighters and marines, although the single occupancy staterooms allows 14 troopers and the lowberths 10 more if needed. The greater room is appreciated on longer patrols for crew comfort and morale. All power goes to the particle accelerator and the computer leaving none for evasive agility. As a result these ships rarely operate alone.

They are a partially streamlined cylindrical hull structure capable of wilderness gas giant refueling. They carry enough internal fuel for two jumps and are fitted with additional drop tanks for Jump-1 as needed for extended range operations.
