An academy disappointment, this low ranking naval officer, heir and idiot, was granted a line commission. He was given command of a ship with amazing defense, extremely rugged and hard to destroy. Kept small enough to escape notice and yet so lightly armed. It is claimed that these ships have never destroyed an enemy vessel on purpose. Additional copies were made, just so it would not look too suspicious to the emperor's naval inspector general and imperial comptrollers.
