The Percavid Marches is a region recently conquered by the Korsumug Empire. It has not yet been fully incorporated into the Empire.
- The region is the fiefdom of Admiral Percavid, who deals with frequent uprisings amongst the conquered worlds.
- The Admiral is a Human. She formerly held high-rank in the Jelmiri military.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Prior to the Korsumug invasion, the region was known as the Jelmiri Marches.
- It was the location of a minor polity with its capital at Jelmirt.
- The polity was assigned the Allegiance Code "JelM".
- The naval base at Jelmirt was destroyed during the invasion.
- Carnoff was not occupied and has become a non-aligned world.
Government & Politics (Leadership)[edit]
The region is controlled by a provisional regime. This takes the form of a Non-charismatic Dictatorship supported by an extensive Impersonal Bureaucracy.
- Jelmirt remains as the capital of the region.
- Admiral Percavid is the head of state.
- Senior naval officers and Jansa control all governmental departments.
Military & Intelligence (Force Projection)[edit]
The Marches Occupation Fleet controls the region.
- Elements of the former Jelmiri Navy are loyal to the new regime and allied with the Korsumug Empire.
Alcadeen is the site of this region's only remaining naval base.
- The naval base at Jelmirt was destroyed during the invasion.
The commercial shipyards at Jelmirt produce the TL–12 80,000 ton Jelmirt Marquis class High Liners.
The boatyards at Alcadeen have a small squadron of native built and crewed and locally maintained fighters to protect the base.
