Just some general thoughts on ways to 'update' the Percavid Marches that are sensitive to what little Group One provided.

Notes on Date of Conquest

Just when the Jaibok conquered the region is not stated in the published material. Dramatically it might be effective to tie this event to the refugees who's arrival sparked off the formation of the Trooles Confederation. If that is the case then the conquest took place roughly 60 years ago (e.g. around 1045.)

Notes on Worlds

Twelve of the Marches ninteen worlds have ports of Class 'B' and above, this might provide a clue as to the nature of the pre-conquest polity, it does suggest a well developed state. Six of the systems have a government code of '6'. In the case of Alcadeen it's specifically indicated to be a military government, the other systems all have 'O' trade codes with the controlling world unspecified. Most likely all of these 'O' code systems are controlled from Jelmirt, the apparent capital of the region (Or Rhintril, see below).

Notes on the Capital

Jelmirt is indicated as the capital, however it does not lie on the 'Courier line'. Rhintril, a system with a TL of 'D', but a population half that of Jelmirt's does lie on this line and in my opinion may have an equal claim to being the capital.
