• It is an unclaimed Non-Aligned world located in the Enzhek Subsector of Chiep Zhez Sector.

• This world is a "Twilight Zone World", a planet that is tidally-locked to its star. It has a hot side that permanently faces the star, a cold side that permanently faces away, and a narrow twilight zone in-between.

Mainworld Data

Qebebl is tidally locked to its primary star.

• The star is always high in the sky on the bright face, it hangs on horizon in the twilight zone, while the cold dark face is in permanent darkness.
• The world experiences libration - a regular wobble - as it orbits, causing the star to move in the sky.

It orbits within the prime region of its star's narrow habitable zone.

• It receives moderate levels of stellar energy.

Mainworld Size (S)

Qebebl is a Meso World between 7,200km and 8,800km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.4G and 0.57G. The horizon will appear about 4km away.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Qebebl has a pressure of 0.10 to 0.42 atmospheres. The very thin pressures require a respirator or Oxygen Mask. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

• It experiences generally moderate temperatures within the twilight zone.

Over billions of years, stellar flares thrown off by the primary star have stripped away most of the world's atmosphere.

Qebebl has 35-45% of its surface covered by liquid water. There will be a number of small seas or one larger body of water. Wilderness refueling is possible.

Qebebl is a wilderness, a wild and lonely place that almost never sees visitors. Most of the planets and moons within the system have never been visited by an intelligent being.

• Information about the system is limited.
• The resources of the system are untapped.

The system's star experiences periodic bouts of flare activity, which causes interference, strange tones and noises, and heavy static on commo and sensors.

• During major outbursts of flare activity radiation levels within the system are dangerously high.
• Exposure to elevated radiation levels causes serious health issues and may damage unshielded electronic devices.

Note that social data, though only 40 years old, may be out of date: previously undocumented groups may now inhabit the system and maintain their own culture, forms of government, and systems of law.
