Highlord, subsector I of Ley, contains 29 worlds with an estimated combined population of 134 billion, a per capita income of Cr2,791, and a total economy of BCr374,053. These worlds originate an interstellar trade of BCr1,277 through 26 starports (4 Class A, 8 Class B, 10 Class C, 4 Class D) employing 240,520 people. Driving this interstellar trade are four Agricultural (Ag) worlds, five Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds, two Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, four Pre-Industrial (Pi) worlds, three Rich (Ri) worlds, and no Industrial (In) worlds. The governments in Highlord maintain two Naval bases and two Way stations. The average technology level is 8 (with most between 6 and 10). The highest technology level is 15 at Harukaze (Ley 0824).

Highlord, subsector I of Ley, contains 40 stars and 299 identified planets; 20 monostellar systems, seven binary systems, two trinary systems, and no systems with four or more stars. 23 of the 29 systems (79%) have native gas giants. There are one Asteroid (As) belt, three Desert (De) worlds, one Garden (Ga) world, two Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, five Poor (Po) worlds, three Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds.

Highlord has an estimated population of 134 billion distributed across three High population (Hi) worlds, two Moderate population (Ph) worlds, 14 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. The highest population worlds are Dugemaa (Ley 0726) and Urewr (Ley 0123). The population consists primarily of 3 sophont groups.
