Gyzala is a Twilight Zone World.

• One side of the world permanently faces towards the star and one side permanently faces away.
• In the narrow region between permanent night and permanent day, the primary star eternally hangs on the horizon.

The mainworld orbits within the star's Habitable Zone.

• It lies within the zones warmer inner H+ region
• It receives higher levels of stellar energy.

• The world orbits inside the stars Jump Shadow.

Mainworld Size (S)

Gyzala is a Big World between 15,200km and 16,800km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 1.1G and 1.5G. The horizon will appear about 5.7km away. Vessels with only 1G of thrust should avoid landing on this world.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Gyzala has a pressure of variable atmospheres. This world is large and massive, with a thin atmosphere which settles to the lowest levels of the terrain. The atmosphere is un-breathable at most altitudes except the very low ones (…as in depressions or deep valleys). Travel outside the breathable areas requires a respirator or Oxygen Mask. TL–8 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Gyzala has 15-25% of its surface covered by liquid water or ice. There may be a few small seas. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants needs to be imported and extensively recycled. These worlds are Hell Worlds or Poor Worlds depending on their atmosphere.
