Dasaca is a barren world with no overt population, government, or law level.
- This world could be populated if anyone had an inclination to do so...
- It is an unclaimed Non-Aligned world located in the Vyfura Subsector of Astron Sector.
Description (Astrography & Planetology)[edit]
Stellar Data[edit]
Dasaca has a solitary primary star.
- It is a yellow-white subgiant.
System Data[edit]
The worlds of the system have been surveyed. They consist of:
- The mainworld.
- x5 secondary rocky worlds.
- x1 planetoid belt.
- x4 gas giants.
Mainworld Data[edit]
The mainworld orbits within the star's Habitable Zone.
- It lies within the zone's warmer inner H+ region
- It receives higher levels of stellar energy.
- The world orbits inside the star's Jump Shadow.
Mainworld Size (S)[edit]
Dasaca is a Big World between 15,200km and 16,800km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 1.1G and 1.5G. The horizon will appear about 5.7km away. Vessels with only 1G of thrust should avoid landing on this world.
Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]
Dasaca has a pressure of 2.5 or greater atmospheres. A Dense & High Pressure Atmosphere typically requires no survival gear under many conditions. Pressure at or below sea level is too great to support life but the atmosphere may be breathable at higher altitudes. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.
Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]
Dasaca has 55-65% of its surface covered by liquid water or ice heavily tainted with other substances, which makes it dangerous, corrosive, or toxic. Wilderness refueling will be difficult. Water for the inhabitants needs to be imported and extensively recycled. These worlds may be Hell Worlds.
- The water on the surface is unsuitable for use or consumption without extensive filtering and purification.
- Refining for fuel may cause issues with shipboard purification plants.
Satellites:[edit]
Dasca retains three vacuum moons.
- The worlds orbit once every few weeks.
Mainworld Geography and Topography[edit]
No centrally held map of the world exists within AAB Library Data records.
- Locally, detailed maps may be available.
- Verified updated charts are constantly sought.
- Detailed survey data commands premium prices.
Native Lifeforms[edit]
Exotic, diverse native life occupying every available habitat. Its metabolic functions help drive the process of atmospheric renewal.
- Native life is adapted to hot, high gravity, high atmospheric pressure environments.
History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
The system is a remote wilderness. Many of the planets and moons within it may never have had an intelligent being visit them.
- Information about the system is limited.
- The resources of the system are untapped.
Note that social data, though only 40 years old, may be out of date: previously undocumented groups may now inhabit the system and maintain their own culture, forms of government, and systems of law.
- Verified updated data is constantly sought.
World Starport (St)[edit]
Dasaca does not have a starport. The Class X Starport is an indication that no starport exists in the system. There are no facilities or services available, and no site marked for landing.
World Technology Level (T)[edit]
Dasaca possesses a Tech Level of TL–0.
- The world has no technological base.
World Government (G)[edit]
Dasaca has no government or ruling authority of any kind.
World Military[edit]
None.
World Law (L)[edit]
Dasaca has no law level. No laws of any kind are enforced.
World Economy[edit]
- Resources: 4 (scarce)
- Labor: 0 (unpopulated)
- Infrastructure: 0 (non-existent)
- Efficiency: -5 (extremely poor)
Trade Data[edit]
- Importance: -3 (very unimportant)
World Demographics (P)[edit]
Dasaca is unpopulated.
Urbanization[edit]
None.
World Culture[edit]
- Homogeneity: 0 (none)
- Acceptance: 0 (none)
- Strangeness: 0 (none)
- Symbols: 0 (none)
World Timeline[edit]

- 995-1065: the Second Survey charts the system.
- 1065: the Second Survey is published.
