74th Fleet was heavily engaged in fighting Vampires that crossed the Rift from trailing Reft Sector, or from Corridor. Like most frontier fleets, the Riders have more squadrons than the norm, but the problems of operations in the Rift meant that less emphasis was placed on heavy capitol ships.
