• It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society.
• It is a member of the Aslan Hierate Kyatulyare Vassal in the Keflin Subsector of Iphigenaia Sector.

• This world is a "Twilight Zone World", a planet that is tidally-locked to its star. It has a hot side that permanently faces the star, a cold side that permanently faces away, and a narrow twilight zone in-between.

Htoiyhaa is a Meso World between 8,800km and 10,400km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.6G and 0.8G. The horizon will appear about 4.4km away.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)

Htoiyhaa has a pressure of less than 0.1 atmospheres which requires the use of a Vacc Suit. TL–8 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)

Htoiyhaa has 55-65% of its surface covered by ice, either in vast sheets or contained deep within craters or fractures on the surface. Wilderness refueling is possible. Water for the inhabitants can be got by mining and melting ice.

• The surface of the world is composed of a crust of ice many kilometers thick.
• Large areas of the surface are cratered and covered in regolith and thick dust of meteoric origin, leaving around 60% of the icy outer shell exposed.
• Below the outer icy shell is a world-ocean of liquid water.

• The world falls under the broad purview of the Seieakh and Aokhalte clans.

Aslan settlement began during the 1060s.

• Prior to settlement, Htoiyhaa was a barren world.
• Construction is ongoing in many areas.
• The limited resources of the system are being exploited.

The system is busy. Private groups and business interests are engaged in a range of activities.

• Commercial traffic is fairly frequent: ships regularly visit the system.
• Commo picks up constant signals and transmissions. Communications are in Trokh.
• A number of commercial navigation beacons will be active.
• A number of vessels may be operating among the other worlds and moons that make up the system.
