The Taravesh class Gunboat is a very light warship.
- It is a military ship and a Gunboat.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
This vessel is a streamlined 600-ton cone structure hull is heavily armored. A pair of these gunboats are carried on Starbelt class Fleet Tenders. It features a TL–12 drives with 6-Gs acceleration and 6-Agility. They have redundant bridge and Model/6 fib ship computer systems. In other terms, it is a System Defense Boat since it has no jump drives.
- It is armed with four triple missile turrets, a triple beam laser turret and a dual fusion gun turret These ships are famous for their ability to absorb damage and keep fighting, many victims have assumed they were dead, only discover too late they were still in the fight.
- It can carry a 20 ton launch and a squad of eight marines.
- It has a 24 sophont crew and 8 marines.
